Inn on Destin Harbor, an Ascend Collection Hotel

ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS! My son and I stayed here on our way to NC. It was going to be just a quick 1 night stay. We chose the Inn because the price was great and it was dog friendly. We were happily surprised by how clean and fresh everything was. Then we saw our room and shocked and impressed by how nice it looked and the harbor view from the 4th floor was stunning! We saw dolphins playing in the harbor! There is free paddle board and kayak rentals! They have a lovely deck and pool area! It was just so wonderful we took the time to stay an unplanned 2nd day! Couldn't recommend this place more 100/10

We had a wonderful stay! The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, she shower actually got hot (which is great). We we're fortunate enough to come on a day when it wasn't too busy, so we were allowed to park in the lot (even though our check in time wasn't for hours later) while we walked over to the festival we were in town for. We were even able to check in a little early! Everyone was very nice. We will definitely come back!

Our stay at The Inn on Destin Harbor was absolutely amazing from start to finish! Check-in was smooth thanks to the incredible help from Ms. Rose and Ms. Yulia at the front desk—they were welcoming, professional, and went above and beyond to make us feel taken care of right away. The sunset view from the balcony overlooking the harbor was breathtaking, hands-down one of the most beautiful we’ve ever seen. We also loved that so many great restaurants, shops, and activities were within walking distance, making it easy to explore without needing to drive. The location, hospitality, and views make this place a true gem—we can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable Destin getaway.

I absolutely love this place! My best friend and I were able to stay here for a few days and it was very relaxing. The atmosphere is very fun, and they have a happy hour from 4 to 6:00 p.m. the complimentary breakfast is provided, and we loved our room with the view of the harbor! Yulia, the manager, has a great crew of people working for her. Every staff I encountered was nice and very helpful. This place has a cool vibe! Most importantly, our bed and pillows were nice and comfy! Thank you all for the great stay!

Such a great experience! We went for a staycation and I couldn’t have asked for more! The room was clean (no creepy crawlers) and the view was beautiful. The staff was great and it’s close to everything. I’ll definitely book again!

Their amazing treatment truly set the tone for our trip. They are the definition of hospitality—attentive, friendly, and they made us feel genuinely valued throughout our visit. Thank you both for your outstanding service! Beyond the staff, the hotel itself is great, beautiful, clean, and perfect. The maintenance and aesthetics of the property are clearly top-notch. And the balcony view? Simply stunning and a highlight of our stay! This has been our fourth time visiting this location. It's far enough away to feel like we're getting away but super close to the house. For the money it's hard to beat. Everything's got so expensive that we have to make adjustment somewhere. Even if you doubled the rate I don't think you would double the pleasure or experience from staying. All in all good bang for the value.

I wanted to start this review off by saying that we had a magnificent stay at the inn, and I am unsure of why there is bad reviews. From the start, we was greeted as soon as we walked through the doors by the front desk worker. Mind you I am very uppity when it comes to my hotels, especially for vacation. This hotel did not disappoint in any way! The room was so clean, no sand, dirt, or mold in the room. The bathroom was crazy clean. The lobby was super clean, the pool was the cleanest I have ever seen a pool while on vacation. The pool was also very warm. The only thing that was missing was a hot tub. I would love to see this in the future, for me and my wife do plan on staying here again on multiple occasions. Parking was very convenient and it was free. Who doesnt like free?! The lobby bar didnt close until 4am every night. The staff that we encountered while we were at the hotel was exceptionally helpful, and professional. The hotel was also in a very great location, close to everything. Did I mention the sunsets you could catch at this hotel in a harbor view balcony room? Overall this was a very pleasant stay, and me and my wife will definitely be staying here again. To the owner, you have amazing staff and they deserve a raise forsure, for keeping your hotel clean!
